Homemade acne and pimples

Acne which is commonly known as pimples is a condition when the skin gets inflamed. The most vulnerable parts of the body are the face, back, chest and shoulders for pimples. Acne can range from mild to severe. Pimple outbreaks are caused by the sebum that clogs the millions of pores found on our skin. The sebum is an oily substance formed when the oil glands connected to the skin pores are blocked by dirt and other matter. The infection is not restricted to the surface alone but moves deeper down into the different layers of the skin. The increase of hormonal levels during puberty and the menstrual cycle is also a major factor of pimple outbreaks.
