Understanding the difference between hair breakage and hair fall is an important part of any healthy hair regimen. Many people confused in these two terms and that’s why they failed to treat their hair properly. If you know what is problem with your hair and what are the causes then you can do something for it.
Fall of hair is hair that has reached the end of its growing cycle and naturally falls from the scalp along with its tiny, white "root" attached. Breakage on the other hand is not natural, and is an indication of an imbalance of important forces within the hair strand. Your hair can be weakened and damaged by anything from sun exposure, hair perming, use of dryer, coloring and straightening chemicals etc.
If your actual hair root came out along with the hair, you would no longer be able to produce hair from that same place on the scalp ever again! If a hair does not possess this white root bulb, then it is not a naturally shed hair, rather, a broken one.
So be careful about your hair, use balance diet for your hair protect them from sun exposure, massage with oil which is effective to your hair and avoid excessive use of hair dryer, hair colors, hair straighter and things like this.
